i totally loved how convenient this spot was for accessing the ferries and the docks area. while there wasn't a bar right in the hotel, i found two great bars, including a wetherspoons, just across the street. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. i'm already planning my next visit!

the hotel's location is excellent, placing you within easy reach of the city center and the waterfront. public transport options were plentiful. it is also quite close to restaurants.

although the hotel itself doesn't have a dedicated dining area, a wetherspoons restaurant is just opposite, offering affordable breakfast options. there are also two lovely cafés within a short walk for those looking for a quick bite. i did love the diversity.

The hotel had an excellent location. It was a short walk to shopping areas. Staff support was good. My room had a view of the docks.
My room did not have chairs. It also lacked curtains. The heating system was not working properly .

The en suite shower was REALLY good. The bed was both large and firm, just how I like it. I especially loved that I could get birthday banners and balloons in the room for my partner!
The WiFi didn't work. This was not ideal.

The location is good, it is close to the water front and very close to the coach station. Lots of restaurants and bars are nearby, so you have plenty of options. The staff was AMAZING!!!
